Understandprison Plumbing is not a plumbing company. No workers are sent out by Understandprison Plumbing. The provider you talk to runs their own business and does the work.

Many providers can respond quickly, but timing varies. Call hours differ from one provider to the next, so we never state them for anyone.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network should:

• Explain the problem and the fix in plain words
• Give a written quote before starting larger jobs
• Treat the home with care
• Answer questions honestly

We ask for these things, but you should still check them yourself. Ask to see a license if you want to be sure.

What We Do Not Do

Understandprison Plumbing does not do any plumbing, drain or sewer work. It does not set prices. It does not decide what your insurance covers. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

Understandprison Plumbing does not charge homeowners for the connection. Independent providers may pay a referral fee for connected requests. Providers set their own prices for the work, and you agree on that price with them, not with us.
